Combine basil, oil, lemon juice, garlic, and salt in blender or food processor. Process until smooth. The result should be a brushable sauce - add 1 Tbsp water if it's too thick. |

Alternate fish and vegetables on skewers. Brush on all sides with sauce. |

Place on a hot grill and cook until fish flakes easily, about 5 minutes each side. |
