The Squeeze
Ingredients:
1 lb
fish fillets
1/4 cup
lime juice
1/3 cup
pink grapefruit juice
1/2 cup
orange juice
1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
1/4 cup
soy sauce
1 tsp
grated ginger
2 clove
garlic, peeled and crushed
1
shallot, peeled and quartered
1/8 tsp
hot pepper sauce
Instructions
1.
Whisk together all ingredients except fish and let rest for at least one hour.
2.
Place fish in marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour, turning occasionally.
3.
Preheat broiler.
4.
Place fish in a greased oven proof dish. Pour in marinade until it is about 1/4 inch deep.
5.
Place fish under broiler until it flakes easily.
