Melt butter in a small saucepan. |

Add juice and pulp from orange, orange zest, and basil. |

Cook butter mixture over low heat until infused, about 5 minutes. |

Grill fish, basting frequent with butter mixture. |

Remove fish from grill, pour remaining butter mixture over fish, and serve. |
