Grilled Fish with Chablis and Creole Mustard Marinade |

Ingredients: |
1-2 lbs |

fish fillets or steaks |
|
2 cups |
|
Chablis wine |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
lemon juice |
|
2 Tbsp |
|
Creole mustard |
|
2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
ground cayenne pepper |
|
|
Instructions |

Mix all ingredients except fish in a non-reactive bowl. |

Place fish in a flat non-reactive dish. Pour marinade over and let stand in the refrigerator for a minimum of (4) hours. |

Preheat grill. |

Grill fish, basting with reserved marinade. |
