Baked Fresh Tuna
Ingredients:

tuna steaks
olive oil
fresh ground black pepper
4
tomatoes, chopped
1
red onion, sliced
1/2 cup
dry vermouth
1 tsp
basil, crumbled
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Rub tuna steaks with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
3.
Sauté the onions in olive oil until limp. Add tomatoes and vermouth and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
4.
Place steaks in a shallow greased baking dish. Pour tomato mixture over top and sprinkle with basil.
5.
Bake 15 minutes or to desired doneness.
